Advertising Details

Thank you for your interest in the Brockport Kiwanis Coupon and Advertising Book.

The Coupon Book is free to the public. It is distributed as an insert to the Westside News publications, the Suburban News and the Hamlin Clarkson Herald. Approximately 13,000 copies are delivered to homes in the areas of Brockport, Sweden, Clarkson, Hamlin, Kendall, Clarendon, Holley and Murray. Books are also distributed at various Kiwanis events throughout the year, including the Kiwanis Holiday Craft Fair the first Sunday in December.

The prices of ads in the Brockport Kiwanis Coupon and Advertising Book have remained the same since 2003.

Multiple coupons may be placed for the price of the combined ad space, i.e. two quarter page coupons cost the same as a single half page ad.

Contact us for space availability for preferential placement on either the first or last inside pages or on the front or back cover.


Web Site Options:

A copy of your ad may be placed on the Brockport Kiwanis web site within approximately 2 weeks after your ad copy and payment are received. If your ad is a coupon, at your option, the coupon may either be printable as a usable coupon or marked as a sample directing customers to clip and use the coupon in the printed Coupon Book. Your name and address will appear in an index of advertisers with a link to your web site and/or email as written on the contract form. The web versions of ads will use color graphics as they are provided.

This option adds tremendous value to your advertising purchase.

Deadlines:

  • The final deadline for your ad copy and payment is September 30, 2008.
  • Early Payment Rates are still in effect!

Electronic Submission

To insure best quality, graphic images, including company logos, must be submitted electronically, either on disk or by email. Acceptible image file formats are:
